My daughter was very happy about receiving her new stylish pyjamas. They were well made and felt comfortable to wear even though I didn’t wear them. Delivery took longer than expected but it arrived in good time. Nice product!

I'm really loving this set! The cotton is breathable and comfortable, plus the matching scrunchie is very sweet! I do find the elasticated armholes a bit tight, but not enough to stop me from wearing them.

Christmas Collection Days

Due to Bank Holidays, courier collections are limited between 24th December - 5th January. While we continue processing orders as normal, dispatch may be delayed until collections resume. Delivery times will begin once orders have been collected by the courier. Please allow extra time for your tracking information to update.

On average, shipping to the USA takes 5-7 working days for standard delivery and 2-4 for express delivery. Shipping to Canada takes 5-7 working days. Please add 2 working days if you opt for embroidery.

Unfortunately, personalised embroidery is not currently available on orders shipped to the US.

United States

For orders over $175 USD, enjoy free standard shipping. For orders under $175 USD, there is a standard shipping fee from $10 USD. Express delivery is $15 USD.

Canada

For orders over $150 USD, express shipping to Canada is FREE. For orders under $150 USD, there is a shipping fee starting from $19.95 USD.

Please note, duties, import taxes & brokerage fees for Canada are not covered by TBCo and must be paid by the recipient upon arrival.

Our warehouse is closed at weekends to give our hard-workers some time off, so any orders placed at weekends will be dispatched from the following Monday.

How is my order packaged?
Each TBCo order is packaged together in one beautifully wrapped box.

We offer a reduced packaging option at checkout, where your items will be packaged with TBCo design tissue paper in an eco-friendly mailing bag. All sale orders will also ship using this reduced packaging option. Please note that fragile and gift box products will come in our standard boxed packaging. Customers can choose to create a gift box, which will be packaged in our signature TBCo gift box.
