Due to current international conflict we have significant delays and restrictions on orders shipping to the following countries: Israel, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Afghanistan, Lebanon. 

Due to international restrictions we are currently unable to ship to Russia.


Please note: Our couriers will not be collecting or delivering within the UK on Monday 25th May due to the bank holiday.

UK & Rest of World

Dispatch Time

Our warehouse is closed at weekends to give our hard-workers some time off, so any orders placed at weekends will be dispatched on the following Monday.

Standard UK Delivery (Mon-Fri): 2-5 working days.
Express UK Delivery (Mon-Fri): 1-2 working days (order before 12pm)
ROW Delivery: 5-7 working days.


If you've selected our embroidery service, this will add 3-4 working days to your order delivery time. 

We will keep you updated on its progress, so you’ll always know what’s happening. If you need your order quickly, do get in touch and we'll do our best to help.

Our warehouse is super speedy and order amendments are likely not possible after an order is placed. We'll always endeavour to make these changes where possible, so please reach out to our team at hello@tbco.com.

Delivery Costs

Delivery charges vary by country and item. If you enter an address at checkout, you can then find our handy delivery calculator.

UK delivery is FREE for all orders over £100. For all other UK orders, delivery starts from £3.

Rest of World International Delivery varies, with duties and taxes applicable on arrival.

Please note, Gift cards do not count towards the free shipping minimum.


How are my items packaged?

We package each order as though it is a gift, because whether you are treating a loved one or yourself we want it to feel special. Everything is hand-wrapped with care and sent with love from Edinburgh.

We are environmentally conscious and will wrap up multiple items together to save on paper and packaging. If you would like your products individually packaged please purchase them in separate orders. Customers can also choose to create a gift box, which will be packaged in a Luxury TBCo Gift Box for an additional cost. Please note, depending on items in your order our team may need to upgrade your gift box to a larger alternative design. 

Our products are well protected and ready to be gifted with no receipt or invoices in the packaging, so you can have them sent straight to the recipient's door!

Would you like to ship to multiple addresses? Please put through a separate order for each address.

Want to add a complimentary gift note to your order? Please select the option at checkout and add your message in the box provided. Only one gift note is available per order. 


Returns and Exchanges.

UK Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, so we accept returns, unused and in their original condition, up to 30 days after purchase. For items purchased on sale or as online sample sale, we offer a 14-day return window. If you have a problem with your purchase, please get in touch immediately. We’re here for you every step of the way.

A £3.50 fee applies to UK returns processed through our returns portal, which will be deducted from your refund. Prefer to return in person? It’s free at our Edinburgh store at 170b Great Junction St, Leith, Edinburgh EH6 5LJ. 

To start your return click here. You will be taken to our returns portal to create your return. Once submitted you'll be provided with a returns label or QR code.

We’re not currently able to accept exchanges on UK orders. If you would like a different size or item please return it to us in our returns portal here and place a new order. If your item was a gift you received we can offer credit note in our returns portal also. 

In the event that your parcel is returned to TBCo because:
  • The shipping address provided was incorrect
  • Delivery attempts were missed
  • The parcel was not collected from a local pickup point/depot within the required timeframe
  • The delivery was refused
  • The parcel was not collected from our TBCo store within the required timeframe
You will have the option to:
  • Reship: A standard shipping fee will be required to re send the parcel. You can find our standard shipping costs here
  • Refund: We will refund the cost of your items, minus our standard delivery fee and return fee of £3.50 to cover the costs incurred from the failed delivery and return.

Unfortunately products which have been embroidered are unable to be returned or exchanged unless faulty. Please note that luxury gift box packaging is non-returnable.

Please note that event tickets are subject to a separate cancellation policy. Refunds are available up to 7 days before the event. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable. 

For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on swimwear where the protective seal remains in place and intact.

Refunds will be processed within 14-16 working days of the parcel arriving at our warehouse.

Rest of World Returns


To start your return click here. Once submitted you will be provided with an address to ship your return to.

We’re not currently able to accept exchanges on Rest of World orders. If you would like a different size or item please return it to us in our returns portal here and place a new order. If your item was a gift you received we can offer a refund or credit note in our returns portal also.

In the event that your parcel is returned to TBCo because:

  • The shipping address provided was incorrect
  • Delivery attempts were missed
  • The parcel was not collected from a local pickup point/depot within the required timeframe
  • The delivery was refused
You will have the option to:
  • Reship: A shipping fee will be required to re-send the parcel. The delivery charge is determined by the shipping address.
  • Refund: We will refund the cost of your items, minus our standard delivery fee for your address and a return fee of £3.95 to cover the costs incurred from the failed delivery and return.

Unfortunately products which have been embroidered are unable to be returned or exchanged unless faulty. Please note that luxury gift box packaging is non-returnable.

Refunds will be processed within 14-16 working days of the parcel arriving at our warehouse.

Returns Responsibility
Returned items are the customer’s responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so please make sure they’re packed safe and secure for their journey back to us. Please remember to keep proof of postage in case you need to contact the courier about your return.

 

United States

Dispatch Time

We’ve just opened our first warehouse in the US. That means most orders heading to the US will now ship directly from there and not our Edinburgh warehouse. All Duties and Taxes are still covered by TBCo.

US Express Delivery: 2-4 working days

For orders over $175 USD, standard shipping to the USA is FREE. This includes Mainland US, Hawaii & Alaska. Gift cards do not count towards the free shipping minimum.
For orders under $175 USD, there is a shipping fee starting from $10 USD for standard delivery. US express delivery is $15 USD.

All duties and import tax for the USA are covered by TBCo and not required upon arrival of the parcel.

US overseas territories are not eligible for free shipping and duties: This includes American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Palai.
