How to use your TBCo e-Gift Card

  1. Choose your products and add them to your cart.
  2. Checkout as usual.
  3. Enter your e-Gift card code in the ‘Gift card or discount code’ box’.
  4. Click ‘Apply’.
  5. Your Gift Card code should now be applied to your cart!

Terms & Conditions

  1. e-Gift Cards can be purchased online at tbco.com.
  2. e-Gift Cards are available to use at tbco.com and in our Edinburgh store
  3. e-Gift Cards can be purchased with a minimum value of £50 and have a maximum value limit of £200
  4. All e-gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
  5. To use your e-gift card, enter the digit code at the checkout. Gift cards cannot be used in conjunction with discount codes.
  6. Balances cannot be transferred
  7. e-Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase e-Gift Cards
  8. Discount codes are not eligible to use on the purchase of e-Gift Cards
  9. e-Gift Cards cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, and refunds will not be given for the purchase of an e-Gift Card. Refunds of items purchased with an e-Gift Card are subject to TBCo Returns Policy, available here. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  10. Please look after your e-Gift Card and treat it like cash while it has an existing e-Gift Card balance. You can check your balance by contacting our Customer Experience team here
  11. If the entire balance of an e-Gift Card is not spent in one transaction, the remaining balance will remain available on the e-Gift Card for future use.
  12. An e-Gift Card is not a cheque guarantee, credit or charge card.
  13. TBCo. accepts no liability for lost, stolen or damaged e-Gift Cards. TBCo. cannot be held responsible for the unauthorised use of your e-Gift Card where the e-Gift Card number has become known to another party.
  14. TBCo. reserves the right to update and change these terms and conditions at any time. This does not affect your statutory rights. Purchase or use of our e-Gift Card constitutes acceptance of our Terms and Conditions. Your e-Gift Card is the property of TBCo. who reserves the right to cancel the Gift Card in situations where it is deemed necessary.
