Wish I had bought this earlier, it’s perfect

Gorgeous!

The fit and material of this dressing gown is gorgeous. I had been waiting for the pink colour way to come back into stock, but ended up buying the new honeycomb colour as soon as I saw it. I’m a UK size 16 and the XL/2XL is perfectly oversized.

Very weighty and well made

I had been keeping an eye on these robes for a while hoping for new colour ways so treated myself to the honeycomb. It’s gorgeous, very thick and heavy, feels well made to last from new out of the box. I’m a tall 14-16 so wasn’t sure which size to get, I sized up to the XL/2XL which I didn’t need to do, I think I would have been more comfortable in the smaller size but decided to keep the larger one because I had a feeling if I sized down the arms would have been too short, the arm length is perfect for me in the larger one. Very cosy and perfect addition to my morning routine.

On average, shipping to the USA takes 5-7 working days for standard delivery and 2-4 for express delivery. Shipping to Canada takes 5-7 working days. Please add 2 working days if you opt for embroidery.

Unfortunately, personalised embroidery is not currently available on orders shipped to the US.

United States

For orders over $175 USD, enjoy free standard shipping. For orders under $175 USD, there is a standard shipping fee from $10 USD. Express delivery is $15 USD.

Canada

For orders over $150 USD, express shipping to Canada is FREE. For orders under $150 USD, there is a shipping fee starting from $12 USD.

Please note, duties, import taxes & brokerage fees for Canada are not covered by TBCo and must be paid by the recipient upon arrival.

Our warehouse is closed at weekends to give our hard-workers some time off, so any orders placed at weekends will be dispatched from the following Monday.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. With the exception of embroidered items and luxury gift box packaging, we accept returns up to 30 days after purchase and 14 days for sale and online sample sale products.

How is my order packaged?

We package each order as though it is a gift, because whether you are treating a loved one or yourself we want it to feel special. Everything is hand-wrapped with care and sent with love from our US location.

We are environmentally conscious and will wrap up multiple items together to save on paper and packaging. If you would like your products individually packaged please purchase them in separate orders. Customers can also choose to create a gift box, which will be packaged in a Luxury TBCo Gift Box for an additional cost. Please note, depending on items in your order our team may need to upgrade your gift box to a larger alternative design.

Our products are well protected and ready to be gifted with no receipt or invoices in the packaging, so you can have them sent straight to the recipient's door!
