Crafted from 100% breathable cotton, this joyful pajama set features bold vertical stripes in green and pink stripe, finished with contrast burgundy piping detail. I was looking for new pyjamas and it turned out to be not so easy… either it is super expensive or I don’t like design. I am happy I found TBCo. Price is reasonable and quality and fit are above expectations. I am now selecting second set and also one for my daughter❤️❤️❤️

Disappointed in PJs excellent customer service

I was so excited to receive these pyjamas as I loved them and had heard good things about them. Initially I loved them, they are cool and comfortable and look great. However, I think they may have shrunk in the wash, despite me following the washing instructions to the letter. The body of the PJs seems really short in that it sits at hip level (I honestly cannot remember if they were like this pre wash, although they look longer on the models), so when I’m in bed (I’m a side sleeper), it rides up meaning I get a cold back. I’m average height and weight (5ft 6 and a size 10). It may just be me, (although not had this problem with any other PJs. Legs are a bit shorter too. I’m gutted as I’ve been bought another pair for Christmas and won’t be able to return them. 😢
Update: TbCo reached out to me and after a few emails and photos have replaced the pyjamas for me, which was a lovely gesture and unexpected. This is what makes a company stand out for me, the way it resolves problems and treats its customers. 10/10. Fabulous company, gorgeous products and excellent, first class customer service.

On average, shipping to the USA takes 5-7 working days for standard delivery and 2-4 for express delivery. Shipping to Canada takes 5-7 working days. Please add 2 working days if you opt for embroidery.

For orders over $175 USD, enjoy free standard shipping. For orders under $175 USD, there is a standard shipping fee from $10 USD. Express delivery is $15 USD.

Canada

For orders over $150 USD, express shipping to Canada is FREE. For orders under $150 USD, there is a shipping fee starting from $19.95 USD.

Please note, duties, import taxes & brokerage fees for Canada are not covered by TBCo and must be paid by the recipient upon arrival.

Our warehouse is closed at weekends to give our hard-workers some time off, so any orders placed at weekends will be dispatched from the following Monday.

How is my order packaged?

We package each order as though it is a gift, because whether you are treating a loved one or yourself we want it to feel special. Everything is hand-wrapped with care and sent with love from our US location.

We are environmentally conscious and will wrap up multiple items together to save on paper and packaging. If you would like your products individually packaged please purchase them in separate orders. Customers can also choose to create a gift box, which will be packaged in a Luxury TBCo Gift Box for an additional cost. Please note, depending on items in your order our team may need to upgrade your gift box to a larger alternative design.

Our products are well protected and ready to be gifted with no receipt or invoices in the packaging, so you can have them sent straight to the recipient's door!
